TELL CITY – The Tell City High School Student Council will host the 2013 homecoming ceremony Saturday between the junior varsity and varsity basketball games against Gibson Southern. The junior varsity game will begin at 6 p.m.
Stori Beard is the daughter of the late Traci Beard and granddaughter of Kenny and Darla Deom. She has participated in volleyball, softball and pep club, each for four years. She has also participated in Key Club, basketball and HOSA, each for two years. She plans to attend Indiana University Southeast and major in nursing.
McKenzie Hayes is the daughter of Dalonda and John Hayes. She has participated in volleyball, basketball, volleyball, student council and pep club, all for four years. She’s a two-year member of the National Honor Society. She also has participated in the Renaissance Leadership Class and Student Steering Committee for one year each. Hayes plans to attend the University of Memphis to major in exercise science and play volleyball.
Carissa Fischer is the daughter of David Fischer. She has participated in cheerleading and pep club, both for four years. She also has been a member of the Renaissance Leadership Class and Student Steering Committee, each for one year. Fischer plans to attend Indiana University Southeast but is unsure on a major.
Leah Lasher is the daughter of Mike and Beth Lasher. She has participated in pep and Spanish clubs, each for four years; drama club and track, each for three years; marching band for two years and winter drum line for one year. Lasher plans to major in management and entrepreneurship at Indiana University in the fall.
Matthew Watts is the son of Michael and Jema Watts. He has participated in basketball and pep club for four years; golf for two years; tennis for one year and Renaissance Leadership Class and Student Steering Committee, each for one year. He plans to major in computer science but is undecided on a college.
Seth Gehlhausen is the son of Rhea Gehlhausen. He has participated in Spanish Club for three years and the Renaissance Leadership Class for one year. Upon graduation, Gehlhausen plans to attend the University of Southern Indiana, but he is undecided on his major area of study.
Casey May is the son of Dawn May and Vance May. For four years, he has participated in soccer, basketball, baseball, pep and Spanish clubs. He has also been a member of student council for one year. May plans to attend the University of Southern Indiana, but he is undecided on a major.
Bryan Roberts is the son of Candace and Bill Smith. He is active in the school’s peer-tutoring program and Hacky Sack club. After graduating, Roberts plans to attend college, but he is unsure on a major.
Junior representatives this year will be Autumn Kuster, daughter of P.J. and Angie Braunecker and Herbie and Stephanie Kuster, and Marcus Hinton, son of Jim and Mari Hinton. Sophomore representatives will be Addie Terry, daughter of Shannan and Roger Terry, and Malcolm Lincoln, son of Tonia and Tim Kling. Freshmen representatives will be Brenee Leibering, daughter of Matt and Gala Leibering, and David Dartt, son of Sue Dartt and John Dartt.
Crown carriers will be Cambree DuPont, daughter of Pat and Missy DuPont, and Bobby Robinson, son of
Jody and Ronnie Robinson.
