TELL CITY—Seniors Hunter Sandage and Will Roberts each won an individual event and two relays as Tell City defeated Tecumseh 73-55 in boys swimming Thursday.

Roberts won the 50-yard freestyle in 25.13 seconds and Sandage took the 100 free in 55.54.

They teamed with Collin Malone and Aaron Vincent to win the 200 free relay in 1:47.79.

Sandage, Roberts, Luke Thomas and Vincent won the 400 free relay in 4:01.56.

David Meyer earned the Marksmen’s other victory by scoring 150.05 points in diving.

Vincent placed second in the 100 backstroke in 1:12.87 and in the 50 free in 26.47.

Thomas took second in the 100 butterfly in 1:12.57 and the 200 free in 2:26.55.

Gage Otto placed second in the 200 individual medley in 3:28.69 and the 100 breaststroke in 1:33.27.

Malone took third in the 200 free in 2:27.79 and the 100 free in 1:03.35.

Kyle Goffinet placed third in the 100 back in 1:43.36.

Thomas won two individual events as Tell City beat Evansville Central 77-60 Tuesday.

Thomas took the 200 free in 2:23.63 and the 100 fly in 1:11.74.

Sandage won the 500 free in 5:53.50 and teamed with Vincent, Trent Harding and Malone to win the 400 free relay in 4:04.99.

Vincent also won the 100 back in 1:13.03 and Malone placed third in 1:20.34.

Meyer won the diving with 134.20 points.

Otto won the 200 IM in 3:25.51 and placed second in the 100 breast in 1:31.12.

Harding placed second in the 50 free in 25.58 and the 500 free in 5:59.68.

Vincent took third in the 50 free in 26.48 and Goffinet was third in the 200 free in 3:03.88.

Tell City, 5-6 in dual meets, will compete in the PAC meet at Tecumseh this weekend. The diving will start at 9:15 a.m. Saturday and the swimming finals at 11:30 a.m. Saturday.
