St. Paul’s Ministry of Charity explains how backpack program benefits hungry youth

PERRY COUNTY – Louann Oberhausen, on behalf of St. Paul’s Ministry of Charity, visited the Perry County Community Foundation during PCCF’s September board of trustees meeting.

Oberhausen explained the Perry County Weekend Backpack program. This program assists Perry County youth by providing nutritious snacks during the weekends, a time youth might go hungry without assistance.
