Spencer County lands $1 billion fertilizer plant

1,200 construction jobs will bolster local economy

ROCKPORT – Months of speculation as to the regional location of a potential fertilizer facility is over. The Illinois-based Ohio Valley Resources LLC announced Thursday the company will call Spencer County home.
