Spencer County Fairgrounds set to host Octoberfest

Seldom has an Octoberfest offered so much fun so close to home. This year’s annual Spencer County Fair Octoberfest is scheduled for Saturday and promises to be the biggest and best yet. 

Vendor gates will open at 11 a.m. with registration for that afternoon’s “Phantom Challenge ATV-UTV Mud Drag” starting at the same time. Main gates open up at noon and check-in for the bench-press contest begins at the same time. Registration for the day’s pageants will begin at 12:30 p.m. with Backyard Blast inflatables ready to go at 1 p.m.
