Spencer County candidates to converge Oct. 9

CHRISNEY - The Spencer County Regional Chamber of Commerce has scheduled a Meet Your Candidates event for 6:30 p.m. Oct. 9, at the Community Center near Chrisney.

The event will begin with candidates greeting voters. The forum starts at 7, with Perry County News Editor Vince Luecke moderating.

"This is a wonderful opportunity for the folks in Spencer County to get to know the candidates and become educated voters" explained Barbie Brown, executive director of the chamber.
