­THE WILLIAM TELL Center will have their weekly dance at 7 p.m. Saturday at the center.  3 For All Band will perform.

TWILIGHT TOWERS offers bingo and euchre games in its dining room. Bingo games are held every Wednesday and Sunday at 1:30 p.m. and card games are held at 6 p.m. Thursdays and the first Monday of each month. The public is invited.

TELL CITY AMERICAN LEGION
hosts bingo games every Tuesday at the post home. Doors will open at 5 p.m. and the first game will begin at 7 p.m.

ST. MICHAEL CHURCH
St. Ann Society will meet at 6 p.m. Oct. 21 in the Father Marendt Hall. There will be a business meeting, bingo and refreshments. Hostesses will be Mona Harding, Margaret “Peg” Hawhee, Judy Herzog and Jane Huber.

ALPHA PHI CHAPTER of Delta Kappa Gamma will meet at 10 a.m. Saturday at Santa’s Lodge in Santa Claus. There will be a canned food drive and initiation of new members. Hostesses will be Anna Ward, Francie Wagner and Barb Wilkerson.
Delta Kappa Gamma is an honorary society of women educators. Alpha Phi Chapter serves Perry and Spencer counties.

TCHS CLASS OF 1966
Gal Pal lunch will meet at noon Thursday at the Patio.

CHARLOTTE HARPENAU was hostess of her monthly bunco get-together Wednesday. Winners were Pat Dyer, Joyce Dauby, Charlotte Harpenau and Toodie Parker. November’s hostess will be Sandy Davis.

CANNELTON HIGH SCHOOL
Class of 1961 will meet at noon Thursday at the Patio for their monthly luncheon. All class members are encouraged to attend, as well as friends from other classes. The luncheon will be held each month on the second Thursday at the Patio.

THE WOMEN’S GUILD at Evangelical United Church of Christ will meet at 1 p.m. Thursday in the Fellowship Hall. President Mona Lehman will preside. All ladies of the church are invited to attend.

BETTY VAUGHN
will serve as coffee-social hostess from 2 to 3:30 p.m. Thursday at the Evangelical United Church of Christ Fellowship Hall. The public is invited to attend.

THE NATIONAL ACTIVE AND RETIRED Federal Employees Patoka Valley Chapter 1847 will meet at noon EDT Wednesday at the Schnitzelbank Restaurant in Jasper. Cindy O’Brien from O’Brien’s Hearing Center will be the speaker. All active and retired federal employees and their spouses are encouraged to attend. Unit 213 will meet at 7 p.m. Oct. 16 at the post home in Tell City. President Charlotte Lindauer will preside. All members are encouraged to attend.

EUCHRE PLAYERS
filled seven tables Wednesday at the Bristow Community Center. Mike Elder finished in first place with 91 points, followed by Larry Goffinet with 90 points, Ruth Ann Harpenau with 89 points and Hubert Harpenau and Leo Mullis with 86 points each.
