Winter's first big storm keeps many roads slick and hazardous

PERRY COUNTY - A third straight week of extreme weather blanketed Perry County with snow and ice Monday and Tuesday, canceling school and leaving many roadways slick and hazardous. Road crews worked night and day Monday and Tuesday and were continuing to tackle slick areas Wednesday afternoon.
