Dean and Theresa Smith of Jasper announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Lauren N. Smith of Jasper, to Kevin P. Foley of Chandler, son of Richard and Theresa Foley of Chandler.
The bride-elect is a 2006 graduate of Jasper High School and will graduate from Ball State University in May 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in dietetics.
Mr. Foley is a 2004 Castle High School graduate and a 2009 graduate of Indiana University Southeast with a bachelor’s degree in general studies. He is employed at Berry Plastics in Evansville.
The wedding is set for 1:30 p.m. May 28, 2011, at Precious Blood Catholic Church in Jasper.
A reception will follow at the Jasper Inn and Convention Center.
Formal invitations have been issued.
