PERRY COUNTY - Should Perry County trade its three-commissioners form of county government for one in which a single county executive has responsibility over most county functions?

Should the county council be expanded from seven to nine members, and should it add legislative duties to the fiscal responsibilities it now carries?

If legislation now being considered in the Indiana General Assembly is enacted, these questions could show up on general-election ballots in 2010.
