INDIANAPOLIS - A Tell City man has been sentenced to 37 months in prison for failing to register as a sex offender.
U.S. District Judge Richard L. Young imposed the sentence on Andrew Unser, 29, following his guilty plea, according to a news release Thursday from Timothy M. Morrison, U.S. attorney for the Southern District of Indiana. The case was the result of an investigation by the U.S. Marshals Service and Perry County Sheriff's Department.
