Three-year Department of Education grant to Perry Central allows board to hire social worker
LEOPOLD - A former employee of Cannelton City Schools will begin work next month at Perry Central Community School. Rob Moskos was hired at the June 16 meeting of the Perry Central School Board and will serve as a social worker under a new alcohol-abuse- prevention grant awarded Perry Central this summer.
The $586,607 grant will fund a three-year effort within Perry Central Community School to reduce alcohol use by students, including binge drinking.
