School board, teachers at impasse (Clarification added)

CANNELTON – A master teachers contract signed by Cannelton School Board President Bill Garrett and former Schools Superintendent Al Chapman in April 2011 is “void and unenforceable and the school corporation is not bound by any of the provisions contained therein,” current Superintendent Al Sibbitt declared at a school-board meeting Thursday.
