School board approves hirings, staff retirement

TELL CITY - Tell City-Troy Township School Board members heard about or approved a number of personnel actions in a regular meeting Tuesday.

Schools Superintendent Ron Etienne reported the resignations of Brett Mulzer, assistant band director; Jamie Marshall, extracurricular secretary in the superintendent's office, and Ken King, elementary-school maintenance worker.

High-school business teacher Ginger Krieg will retire at the end of the school year. Etienne said he'd post an opening for a football coach who can teach business or English.
