Sandage donates Civil War history to local county libraries

PERRY COUNTY – Dr. Frank Sandage researcher, compiler and author of “Civil War Veterans of Perry County” met with Larry Oathout, director of the Tell City-Perry County Library and Cindy Kaufman, library genealogist, Dec. 9 for the purpose of donating three copies of his 487-page history book to the library. One copy is for the genealogy department, another for general circulation and one for the Cannelton Public Library.
