Ribbon-cutting ceremony at Twilight Towers

Twilight Towers in Tell City hosted a ribbon-cutting Dec. 4 to celebrate the completion of a dining-room addition. Pictured at the ribbon cutting, front row, from left, are Bart Peter; Donna Herrmann; Tell City Housing Authority Executive Director Bobbi Polster; Walter Graves, chairman of the housing authority board; Tell City Mayor Barbara Ewing and Jon Coyle. Back row: Rick Hess; Chris Coyle; Jerry Weatherholt; Kim Huck (hidden); Cathy Robbins and Angie Braunecker. An open house followed the ribbon-cutting with dancing that evening. The band Crosswind provided the music.
