Retiring bookmobile boss ready for final tour of county

TELL CITY - Armed with a bus full of books and, more importantly, a full tank of gas, Kay Seibert travels around the county each week, delivering stories to the young and old.

But in just a few days her run as director of the Perry County Bookmobile will come to an end. Seibert is retiring Jan. 10 and is spending her remaining days on the job on a farewell tour of the county.
