TELL CITY – Leadership remained the same in an annual reorganization of the Perry County Council Monday.
Pete Franzman will continue to serve as council president, and Alan Cassidy retained his vice-president title as the county's fiscal body welcomed new member Ron Crawford to their midst. His first meeting of a term secured in the November general election saw the council crammed into a back room of the courthouse.
