Recyclers eye expansion; more drop-off sites sought

TELL CITY – The executive director of the Perry County Recycling Management District is looking into expanding the number of sites where people can drop off recyclable materials.

Ken Smith said at an Oct. 25 meeting of the district’s board of directors he had received questions from people in outlying areas of the county such as Rome and Derby about adding to the existing sites at Cannelton and Branchville.
