TELL CITY - A continuing slump in process for recyclable-materials prices will leave the Perry County Recycling Management District approximately $50,000 short of revenues it took in last year, Paul Alvey reported at a regular meeting of the agency's board of directors Thursday.
The district had taken in just over $35,000 as of that day, the executive director said, compared to approximately $84,000 the same time last year.
