PERRY COUNTY – A hand-made hall chair being raffled to help a police dog can be viewed next to the entrance to the Freezer Café on Main Street in Tell City.
The Humane Society of Perry County purchased a $1,000 police-car alarm that will alert an officer if the vehicle becomes too hot or cold for a dog waiting inside.
The Humane Society of Perry County made the purchase, then launched the raffle to replenish the funds they spent.
