TELL CITY - Opening statements Tuesday outlined the arguments and evidence Perry County Prosecutor Robert Collins and defense attorney Michael McDaniel plan to present to jurors seated in the trial of Kenneth Cronin. (The News erroneously reported the defense attorney's name in its print edition.)
The Perry County man faces 20 charges stemming from April 2008 raids of two homes he owned. Collins told jurors they would hear evidence proving Cronin's homes at 9749 Highwater Road near Tobinsport and at 9050 Aster Road, were hubs of meth dealing and making.
