Suspect had knives hidden near home, claimed to see demons

TELL CITY - A Tell City man beat on a neighbor's house with a hacksaw Saturday morning, shattering a window and kicking on doors before being arrested.

Officers said Kelly J. Brunner, 41, of 39 Riverview Drive, told them he could see demons who were about to attack police. Officers later found three large knives outside the man's home and expressed relief Brunner had not been able to reach the weapons during what they described as a morning rampage of the Fennhaven area.
