TELL CITY – An employee of Perry County Memorial Hospital was escorted by police from the health-care facility Wednesday evening after he allegedly made unspecified threats.
Police were not releasing details Friday but the male employee – who was not named by officers – was not charged or arrested. However, Tell City Police Lt. Alan Malone said the department and the hospital are conducting investigations into the incident.
Assistant Police Chief John Allen said the man voluntarily surrendered a firearm.
