Ingredient in some medications also used to make methamphetamine; several arrests made

PERRY COUNTY - State and local police officers fighting Perry County's methamphetamine problem have been busy searching local pharmacy logs to find violators of a state law that restricts the purchase of medications containing two ingredients used to make the illegal drug.

Police have already made arrests.
