Perry Central team to depend on strong hitting, good serving

By Larry Goffinet

LEOPOLD—Perry Central’s volleyball team hopes to improve its passing and setting to rebound from last year’s 5-30 record.

The Commodores return two strong hitters in Jessica Huber and Megan Hedinger. “And we serve well,” said Coach Becky Genet.

“Basically we’re working on our passing and improving our setting,” added Genet. “We need to become more consistent.”

The Commodores will have more experience in those areas. Setters Sloan Harpenau and Tessa Lynch return from last year’s starting lineup.
