Perry Central to host annual back-to-school cookout Aug. 2

LEOPOLD – The annual Perry Central back-to-school cookout will be held from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Aug. 2 in the school cafetorium.
It will feature “getting ready for school” booths and activities hosted by school and community organizations and businesses.
There will be entertainment by the Perry Central band during the cookout, bus rides for new preschoolers and the Perry Central cheerleaders will perform.
Free hot dogs will be provided by German American and lemonade will be served. Book rental and school registration will be open until 7:30 p.m.
