PCMH Freshstart program to start in January

TELL CITY – The Perry County memorial Hospital will offer free quit-smoking classes as a part of the Freshstart Smoking Cessation Program in January.
Classes will be offered from 11 a.m. to noon or 6 to 7 p.m. Jan. 3, 10, 17 and 24 at the hospital.
Freshstart, an American Cancer Society program, provides participants with effective tools to use while they work to stop smoking.

Reservation deadline is Jan. 2.
