PCMH Freshstart program to start in January

TELL CITY – The Perry County memorial Hospital will offer free quit-smoking classes as a part of the Freshstart Smoking Cessation Program in January.
Classes will be offered from 11 a.m. to noon or 6 to 7 p.m. Jan. 3, 10, 17 and 24 at the hospital.
Freshstart, an American Cancer Society program, provides participants with effective tools to use while they work to stop smoking.
For more information or to make reservations, call Caryn Weiss, registered nurse, at 547-0125 or Shelley Poole, registered nurse, at 547-0392.
Reservation deadline is Jan. 2.
