PCMH Auxiliary’s annual holiday bazaar Thursday

TELL CITY – The Perry County Memorial Hospital Auxiliary will hold its annual holiday bazaar from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday. There will also be a silent auction.

Several items are up for bid and include a one-night stay for two, a spa session for two and cafe breakfast for two at the West Baden Inn, two one-day passes to Holiday World and Splashin’ Safari, a C & S gas card, a Christmas wreath, a certificate for one dessert each month for one year beginning in January 2013, a necklace and a Longaberger Christmas plate.
There will be a minimum bid posted  and a bid sheet placed with each item. The bazaar will include many other handcrafted items and baked goods for sale.
The gift shop will be open from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. and display many new items, including Christmas wreaths, candles, ornaments, scarves and decorations.
A holiday luncheon will be served from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the cafeteria located in the hospital’s basement. Cost for the meal will be $8. Tickets for the meal can be purchased at the PCMH gift shop or from any auxiliary member. A limited number of tickets will be sold at the door the day of the bazaar.
Members are asked to have their baked goods at the hospital by 6:30 a.m. the day of the bazaar. If you cannot take your baked goods the day of the bazaar, someone will be at the hospital to receive the baked items at 3 p.m. Wednesday.
The craft committee asks that craft items be taken to the hospital between 3 and 5 p.m. Wednesday, with all items priced.
