LEOPOLD - Students from Perry Central High School's industrial-arts class recently won several awards at the regional and state levels during the Industrial Arts Association of Michigan competition.
Gary Hanan, industrial arts teacher, said students are members of Michigan Industrial Technologies and Educational Society and have entered their works for about seven years.
This year a grandfather clock built by senior Aaron Mosby took first in the region and second place in the state competition.
