CANNELTON – As a service to the community and an effort to address the issue of pet overpopulation, the Perry County Animal Shelter is accepting registrations for a low-cost spay-neuter clinic for dogs and cats.
The clinic will be held Thursday, June 19. Owners may drop off and pick up their pets at the shelter.
The cost for dog spay or neuter is $60, with an additional $25 added for dogs over 100 pounds; cat spay or neuter, $40; trap-neuter-return of feral or stray cats, $40 and will also include booster and rabies vaccinations.
