PC loses twice

CAMPBELLSBURG—West Washington scored three unearned runs to beat Perry Central 5-1 in PLAC girls softball Saturday.
“We made errors that should have been routine plays, costing us one run in the fourth and two runs in the fifth,” said Perry Central Coach Mark Rothgerber.
Perry Central outhit the Senators 9-5.
“We hit the ball but not hard,” said Rothgerber, “We left nine on base and struck out on bad pitches with runners in scoring position and made some bad base-running decisions.
