PC girls second in triangular

REO—Cathryn Peter won three races as Perry Central finished second in a girls triangular track meet Tuesday.
Southridge won with 80 points. Perry Central scored 68 and South Spencer 18.
Peter won the 1600-meter run in 5:47 and the 3200 in 12:35.
She teamed with Megan Thomas, Jessica Theis and Marie Schwartz to win the 3200 relay in 10:45.
Amber Lindauer ran the 300 low hurdles in 52.16 for Perry Central’s other running victory.
The Commodores also won two field events. Hannah Harpenau took the long jump at 14 feet, 6 inches and Ashley Gengelbach cleared 5 feet to win the high jump.
Perry Central, 5-1, will compete in a four-team meet at Paoli today at 4:30 p.m.
