Kinnett: County needs trained or trainable work force in order to court employers
TELL CITY - Simply creating jobs can actually hurt an area, the president and chief executive officer of the Perry County Development Corp. pointed out in a speech before local business, community and economic-development officials March 18.
During a rescheduled annual meeting of the organization, formed by area leaders in 1991 to attract new business and investments to the county, Chris Kinnett used a sports analogy to make his point.
