Patriots edge Tell City

TELL CITY - Three Heritage Hills pitchers limited Tell City to two hits as the Patriots beat the Marksmen 5-4 in PAC baseball Wednes-day.

Tell City scored four runs in the second inning without a hit on six walks and an error.

The Marksmen started the next inning with consecutive singles by Trent Gunn and Eric Henrickson but did not score, as a line-drive double play followed.

"We hit some balls sharply but it was right at them or they made a good play," said Tell City Coach Phil DeSpain.
