Parade Sights, Sounds, Surprises

Christmas parades in Tell City and Leopold helped usher in the holiday spirit over the weekend, even if the weather seemed more like Easter. Tell City’s parade Saturday evening was warm enough for short sleeves but emergency vehicles, floats, the Tell City Marching Band and other entries created a jolly spirit. Equally successful was a chili cook-off along Main Street and Christmas in the Park festivities.
