Darian Oliva, 2011 Schweizer Fest Queen, represented Tell City in the Indiana Festival Association Queen Pageant in November. Oliva carried a traditional William Tell bow and arrow when describing the annual Tell City festival and community. The pageant was in Indianapolis at the Wyndham Hotel.
