TELL CITY – The city of Tell City will have to construct a new elevated water tower in the near future, regardless of how its leaders vote next month on annexation.
Mayor Barbara Ewing talked about the community’s need for a tower during Monday’s water-board meeting.
“It’s not a matter of if we need a water tower or don’t need a water tower,” she said. “We need a water tower.”
