Mike Parker, 53

TROY – Mike Parker, 53, passed away Thursday, Aug. 12, 2010, at his home.

He was born in Owensboro, Ky., July 21, 1957, to the late Thurman and Virginia (Kellems) Parker. He is also preceded in death by an infant brother, Mark.

He had worked for the Perry County Highway Department for 27 years. He had served on the Troy Town Board and was a volunteer fireman for Troy. He enjoyed riding his Harley and watching NASCAR.
