Child-services workers cite impact on children

PERRY COUNTY - Dirty homes and physical and sexual abuse are problems some children here have to contend with, "but the biggest thing we're seeing is the meth issue," said Amy Tempel, supervisor for the Perry County office of the Indiana Department of Child Services.
