Twin Lakes 4-H Club
ST. MEINRAD – The Twin Lakes 4-H Club held its first meeting of the year Jan. 6, at the co-op in St. Meinrad.
The meeting was called to order at 2 p.m. and pledges were recited.
Election of officers was held with the following results: president, Taylor Elmer; vice president, Amber Lindauer; secretary, Matthew Schlachter; treasurer, Johnathon Davis; song leaders, Travis Brown and Aaron Mullis; health and safety leader, Katelyn Davis; recreation leaders, Keyan Mullis and Alana Schepers; devotion leader, Landon Mullis; reporter, Sarah Schlachter.
Enrollment forms were handed out and can be turned in at the co-op or at the next meeting. Refreshments were served and the meeting adjourned. The group’s next meeting was to have been Sunday.

Twilight Towers Tenants Council
TELL CITY – The Twilight Towers Tenants Council met Jan. 16 with President Joyce Richardt presiding.
The January birthdays were Alice Scott, Dianna Brown, Genola Snyder, Sue Vaughn, Oma Sprinkle, Jerry Weatherholt, Lee Snyder, Bobbi Polster and Ruth Kreisle.
The next dinner for residents only will be at 5 p.m. Feb. 15. Entertainment will be provided by George and the Country Boys starting at 7 p.m. The dance is open to the public.
Air Vac will be at Twilight Towers at 3:30 p.m. Feb. 20 to give a talk about their helicopter services during medical emergencies.
