TELL CITY – A Perry County man convicted last month on a charge of manufacturing methamphetamine could spend the rest of his life in prison.
Robert L. McFall, 68, was sentenced to 45 years in prison on a Class A felony conviction of manufacturing the drug.
The News reported in 2008 that McFall was arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine with a firearm, maintaining a common nuisance, dealing in methamphetamine, possession of a firearm by a felon and possession of drug paraphernalia.
