Marksmen sixth in own relay meet

TELL CITY—Tell City’s best finish in any event was fourth place as the Marksmen finished sixth in their own girls swimming relay meet Saturday.
Traditional powerhouses Mount Vernon, Castle, Jasper and Jeffersonville were the only teams to finish in the top three in any race.
Mount Vernon won the meet with 122 points. Tell City scored 26.
Tell City’s Charissa Lahee, Elizabeth Bishop, Bailey Powell and Loren Braunecker placed fourth in the 1,000-yard free relay in 13:04.16.
