MARENGO - Tell City rallied late in the fourth quarter to overcome Crawford County 70-65 in boys basketball Saturday.
The win was the Marksmen's ninth straight, boosting their season record to 12-2.
Crawford County started the game with a full-court press with every intension of pushing the basketball and having an up tempo game.
"I wasn't surprised they wanted push the basketball," Tell City Coach John Hayes said. "We were bigger, so they started a smaller, quicker lineup to try to rush us a little. I thought we handled it pretty well. Ryan Zuelly did a nice job.
