MARENGO—Tell City won all but one match actually wrestled to crush Crawford County 52-18 in wrestling Tuesday.
Having to forfeit four weight classes usually hurts the Marksmen, but they gained six points on forfeits Tuesday because Crawford County had fewer wrestlers than they did.
Two weight classes were double forfeits.
Among the six matches actually wrestled, Tell City won four by pins and one by a major decision.
“The ones that did actually wrestle did well,” said Tell City Coach Joe Litherland.
