Marksman boys win triangular meet

LYNNVILLE—Tell City won 9 of 11 events to win a boys triangular swim meet Thursday.
Tell City scored 70 points, Gibson Southern 43, and Tecumseh 40.
The Marksmen won all three relays.
Aaron Vincent, Trent Harding, Luke Thomas and Collin Malone took the 200-yard medley relay in 1:57.43.
Harding, Thomas, Jacob Mowery and Malone won the 200 freestyle relay in 1:46.29.
Stephen Houle, Mowery, Thomas and Vincent won the 400 free relay in 4:03.27.
Houle also won the 200 free in 2:11.88 and the 500 free in 5:56.10.
Harding also won two individual races, taking the 200 individual medley in 2:26.35 and the 100 breaststroke in 1:17.66.
Thomas won the 100 butterfly in 1:04.90 and Vincent took the 100 backstroke in 1:06.27.
Malone placed second in the 50 free in 26.32 seconds and in the 100 free in 58.78.
Tell City, 7-2 in dual and triangular meets, will compete in the PAC meet at Tecumseh Thursday at 5:30 p.m. and Saturday at 1 p.m.
