CANNELTON - Cannelton girls basketball guard Devin Lockman put on quite a show for her mother Thursday.
Lockman, surprised earlier in the day by her mother's return from a tour of duty in the war in Iraq, celebrated with 18 points, seven assists and seven steals - all career highs - as the Bulldogs beat Cloverport 58-21.
Lockman scored six points in the first two minutes as the Bulldogs jumped to an 8-0 lead.
She hit a driving 7-foot shot after a Cloverport turnover, made a steal and a layup, and added two free throws after Cannelton forced the Aces' sixth turnover.
