Local students named to University of Evansville dean’s list

EVANSVILLE – The University of Evansville recently announced several local students earned a position on the school’s dean’s list.
The students earned their positions on the list by achieving at least a 3.5 grade -point average on a 4.0 scale during the fall semester.
The local students listed were Lauren Wahl of Ferdinand, Brianne Denning of Saint Meinrad, Traci Lueken of Birdseye, Mark Riehle of Ferdinand, Abigail Bohnen-kamper of Ferdinand, Courtney Dauby of Tell City, Allen Armstrong of English, Samantha Sermersheim of Ferdinand, Alison Cooper of Ferdinand, Aubrey James of Ferdinand, Kacie Messmer of Ferdinand, Katie Demuth of Ferdinand, Amber Thomas of Tell City, Maxwell Kitten of Ferdinand, Taniesha Shelton of English, Dylan Kleemann of Tell City, Blake Kleaving of Tell City, Hunter Dauby of Tell City, Trent Wheatley of Tell City, Jake Schwartz of English, Alyssa Waninger of Ferdinand, Kaitlin Emmert of Ferdinand and John Malcomson of Tell City.
“Earning a place on the dean’s list at the University of Evansville is a tremendous achievement,” said UE President Thomas A. Kazee. “These students and their families should be incredibly proud of their accomplishment.”
