Local student admitted to UIndy honors college

INDIANAPOLIS – Travis Jones of Tell City was recently accepted in the Honors College of the University of Indianapolis.
Top freshmen in all majors are invited to apply to the program during their second semester at UIndy. Successful completion of Honors College requirements allows a student to graduate with distinction from UIndy, an academic honor bestowed upon graduation and noted on the student’s permanent record.
The culminating project completed by each successful student is bound and housed in the collection of the university’s library.
